Description of Products
LATN provides Interpreting, translation and other language access and consulting services.
Interpreting services can be provided On-Site, Over-the-Phone and via Video Remote Interpreting.
Translation services are provided for multiple languages and are delivered electronically and in some exceptional cases, are delivered via FedEx if you need hard copies. FedEx charges will also be reflected in your invoices.
All invoices contain an itemization of the services provided.
We are able to receive payments online for services that are confirmed and scheduled to be provided, as well as services that have already been provided.
If you have any questions regarding the services you have been billed for, please contact 1.800.943.5286 (LATN) to speak to a customer service representative that will provide the answers you need.
If you have not requested services from LATN and have not received a quote or invoice, please do not use the online payment tool.
Currency of Transactions
All invoices and transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).
No other currency is used in the processing of online transactions.

Fulfillment Process:
Delivery policy: Services are provided following the specifications on the work orders approved by the requester and delivered as agreed upon in the work order or quote. Services, depending on their nature, are delivered via phone, video, on-site or electronically.
Please note that it is important that you review the details in the work order and confirmed that all the specifications provided by the requester are correct prior to authorizing or signing the work order.
Refund policy: Services cancelled prior to the late cancellation period will be automatically refunded. To request a refund for services cancelled prior to the late cancellation period of the work order, please e-mail latn@latn.com or call 1.800.943.5286. Please note that orders cancelled after the late cancellation period will be charged according to the terms of the work order.
Cancellation policy: Each work orders contains detailed information regarding the cancellation terms. Each service or project requested has a specific cancellation policy listed in the work order terms. Please note that most cancellations need to be received at least 72 hours in advance. In the case of projects that have been approved and have already been initiated at the moment the cancellation is received, all progress achieved by the time of the cancellation will be charged.
Return Policy: LATN provides language services that are intangible in nature and physical returns are not applicable to services already provided.

LATN does nor export products.
Privacy Policy:
LATN does not collect information from website visitors unless you are making a payment. If you make a payment for services provided by LATN, you’ll be asked to enter your name and e-mail address for verification and security purposes. You will also be asked to enter your payment information. We do not retain your credit card information. All payment information is processed via Stripe following strict security practices.
